At Krutter, every order is packed with care and a questionable amount of caffeine. Because many of our items are limited edition or custom-packed, please review our policy below before purchasing.

All Valmond Confidential boxes are final sale.

Due to the collectible and limited-run nature of these boxes, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

We accept returns on eligible unused merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

All digital downloads, PDFs, and instant-access products are non-refundable.

Because digital items cannot be “returned,” all sales are final once the file has been delivered or downloaded.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase unless they have already shipped.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If free shipping was included with your order, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
